**Your role**
- Do you ‘think on your feet’, compliance objectives with legal, regulatory and ethical considerations? Do you advocate for the importance of compliance and operational risks?
- We're looking for Compliance Analyst to:
- has an inquisitive mind in compliance and operational risk control (C&ORC) for India BSC, supporting them in managing risk
- ensure a profound C&ORC framework is in place and kept up-to-date with policies and procedures as well as legal, regulatory and business standards
- Co-ordination with senior management to ensure healthy control environment. Continuous review of the Control environment to ensure it is fit-for-purpose, complete & accurate.

**Your team**
- You'll be working in the CORC team in India. Compliance and Operational Risk Control (C&ORC) is an independent function providing oversight of the Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risks within the firm. India CORC team is seeking a talented individual to work in the Compliance and Operational Risk Management (ORM) and Reporting area.

**Your expertise**
- a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business/Accountancy/Finance/Law or similar field- Good knowledge/understanding of operational risk. Knowledge of operational risk framework is

a plus- Excellent written communication
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills
- Interpersonal and leadership skills
