Job Description: Oracle HRMS/EBS Resource (Part-Time, Remote)

**Position**: Oracle HRMS/EBS Resource
**Location**: Remote
**Hours**: Part-Time (2 hours per day, Monday to Friday)
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per year

Overview

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide remote support for Oracle HRMS/EBS queries and issues.
- Assist clients with system navigation, functionality, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to HRMS/EBS modules.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and system needs.
- Stay updated on Oracle HRMS/EBS features and enhancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience with Oracle HRMS/EBS modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a support capacity.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 per week
