We are **URGENTLY HIRING**a dedicated and experienced **Customer Service Executive** to join our team and provide exceptional service to clients associated with Canadian operations. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and previous experience in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with booking queries, updates, documentation, and general inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while resolving customer concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely resolution of issues.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the system.
- Stay informed about service policies, procedures, and compliance requirements related to Canadian shipping.

**Requirements**:

- **2-3 years of experience in a BPO environment** handling English-speaking customers.
- **Fluent English communication skills** - both verbal and written - are **mandatory**.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call center software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, work in shifts, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,525.63 - ₹31,816.51 per month
