**About The Role**:
Supporting the recruitment process for a diverse range of roles (predominantly technical - AWS/Azure, Cloud, Cyber security, SQL etc)
- Co-ordinate the entire interview and selection process working closely with the technical panel, hiring manager, and the applicants.
- Co-ordinate the selection and onboarding process in line with the recruitment policy
- Periodic reporting on hiring status.

**About You**:
Essential
- High motivated and energetic team player with a can-do flexible attitude.
- Exceptionally well organized and able to work on multiple job requisitions at once.
- Strong communicator with good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally in a Global Environment.
- Ability to be persuasive, persistent, and patient.
- A willingness to work outside of normal hours as needed as per tight deadlines.
- Must be comfortable working in an environment with a high degree of change and ambiguity.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook with experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems. In addition, the following are highly desirable:

- Recruitment experience of minimum 3-5 years of working in an Information Technology-driven business of equivalent size.
- Prior experience in hiring cloud professionals such as AWS/ Azure Engineers and Architects
- Prior experience in hiring security professionals such as Pen testers, Security engineers, SOC engineers & architects.

The HR function is a professional environment and a team of sixteen which consist of HR, Facilities and Reception staff, split across London and Gloucester and provides a full HR generalist, talent acquisition, facilities and specialist service to the Claranet UK Ltd for all its sites across the UK, including London, Gloucester, Warrington, Bristol, Leeds and Chelmsford.
