**Job Summary**:
To research and develop new and value-added products, re-design existing products (rubber compounds). Design and test product concepts for a DSIR approved R&D centre

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:

- None (This is an individual contributor role)

**Duties/Responsibilities (including but not limited to the below)**:

- Responsible for end-to-end product development
- Redesigning existing products to enhance functionality or reduce costs
- Conducting market research and evaluating similar products and their functions
- Creating specification sheets
- Resolving product issues
- Building prototypes / Product design and testing them
- Analysing results
- Maintain laboratory records, data analysis and interpretation, preparation of presentation, project reports etc.
- Presenting analysis and findings about new product to management and other stakeholders

- Knowledge of formulation and / or synthesis

**Education and Experience**:

- Fresher M.Sc. Polymer/Industrial Chemistry/Organic
- Or BE or BTech in Chemical Engineering or Chemical/Polymer/Rubber Technology with 1 to 2 years of experience
- Note: CTC offered will depend on the applicant's present compensation_

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
