We are hiring **Customer Support Executives**, one of India’s top general insurance companies.

As a part of the customer service team, you will assist customers with their queries related to insurance policies, claims, renewals, and payments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide information about policies, claims, and payments
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
- Follow up on queries to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain records of customer interactions

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive and customer-friendly attitude
- Prior experience in customer support (preferred)
