Web Designer

Job Responsibilities:
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders

Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.

Working Commitments:
You will be asked to work an average of 20 hours, spread over the week at your convenience and even from one week to the other as long as milestones and team goals are met. You will probably work from home or wherever you wish, using your own equipment that you are comfortable in using. We believe in your job revolving around your life, not your life revolving around your job.

If there is any special equipment or programs that you need then those can be supplied. We are offering ₹3,000 for the week, paid weekly directly into your account

You would report directly to, and have 24/7 constant access to the IT Lead and Owner should you need it but apart from that there will be a weekly meeting where progress for the previous week will be discussed and new tasks and goals set for the coming week.

Job Requirements:
Proven Web Design experience.

Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Angular and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.

Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies.
