**About the Role**:
We’re looking for an **Architect** to bring creative ideas and design expertise to our projects. In this role, you’ll help shape the early stages of each project by researching, brainstorming, and creating initial design concepts. Working alongside our Creative Head, you’ll develop floor plans and architectural elements that bring our vision to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive research to inform project concepts, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and innovative design practices.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and solutions for real estate projects.
- Develop initial concepts and floor plans that reflect the project vision and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Creative Head to ensure that designs are aligned with Drsya’s brand and project goals.
- Generate architectural elements, ensuring structural functionality, aesthetic appeal, and innovative design principles.
- Prepare presentations and visual materials to communicate design ideas effectively to internal stakeholders and clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Experience in architectural design, concept development, and creating floor plans.
- Strong visualization skills and an innovative approach to architectural design.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in a creative, marketing, or brand agency environment is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
