**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a skilled and driven **Assistant Architect** to join our architectural practice in **Bangalore**. The role is ideal for professionals with at least **2-3 years of experience** in the design and execution of **independent residences, villas (contemporary and classical styles), commercial, and retail projects**. Proficiency in **interior design** will be considered a strong advantage, as the role may involve supporting interior architecture and detailing in parallel with core architectural responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conceptualization, design development, and preparation of working drawings for **residential (villas and independent homes), commercial, and retail** projects.
- Develop 2D and 3D drawings using **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit**, and visualization software such as Photoshop, Lumion, or V-Ray.
- Translate client briefs into architectural and spatial design solutions, particularly for **classical and contemporary residential styles**.
- Prepare and support design presentations, municipal submission drawings, construction documents, and tender packages.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary consultants (MEP, structural, landscape) and coordinate their inputs into the architectural design.
- Conduct site visits for inspection, coordination, and ensuring adherence to design and quality standards.
- Support in the preparation of interior layouts, mood boards, material palettes, and joinery details when needed.

Engage in communication with clients, vendors, and contractors throughout all project stages.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum **2-3 years of hands-on experience** in architectural projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing **villas, independent homes, commercial spaces, and retail environments**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
