**Experience in Years**

2 + similar experience in middle size Co. of Automobile / Ancillary Industry, which is engaged in Fabrication line ROBOTICS, SPM and Manual welding stations.

**Current Residence**

Residing within the vicinity of 15 Km would be an advantage.

**Skills Required**:

- Practical Exposure of all types of Electrical & Electronics Maintenance of all types of Machines related to Automotive/Auto Ancillary Industries.
- Electrical Maint. of various SPM & Welding Machines,
- Robotic breakdown Maint. & Preventive Maintenance.
- Should have handled Maintenance of Fanuc, Yaskawa, Panasonic Robots.
- Knowledge of OTC, Panasonic, Yaskawa, Fronious, Lincon, Mogora, Lorch, SKS Welding Power Source.
- Knowledge in Messung, Mitsuibishi, Omron, Allen Bradley PLC/ HMI
- Maintaining break down time at the lowest level.
- Effective Control on Breakdown Time Reduction Cost & It’s updating in the system for At A Glance Status Report.
- Predictive maintenance of equipment
- Exposure to ISO 15001, OSHAS, and TPM
- Attending & solving sudden Break-down problems of operative Robots & conduct Preventive Maintenance of plants Robots, SPM’s, Welding power source etcto avoid breakdown & loss of production.
- Maintaining of Spare part management
- Following-up with the Integrator for completing the integration work & conducting trials as per the job requirements.
- Installation & commissioning of Equipment’s
- Facing internal and external audits for machines and process.
- Team builder and leader.
- Analytics and documentation for maintenance.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
