**Job Title**: F&B Captain
**Location**: Gurgaon
**Department**: Food & Beverage
**Reports To**: Restaurant Manager / F&B Manager
**Experience Required**: 2-4 years in a similar role

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations and staff.
- Greet guests, escort them to tables, and ensure prompt and courteous service.
- Assign duties to service staff and ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor the quality of food and beverage service.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards are maintained.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct briefings before shifts to inform team about special menus, promotions, or changes.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
- Maintain inventory of service equipment and supplies.
- Work closely with kitchen staff for timely food preparation and order coordination.
- Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in a reputed hotel/restaurant.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
- High level of personal grooming and hygiene.
- Diploma/Certification in Hotel Management or related field is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
