**Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)**
- This position is the Incharge of Retail Outlet. He is accountable for achieving the target, stocks, cash transaction, Hygienic and settlement of all claims and complaints..He provides direction and leadership to the outlet staff.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

**Financial**
- Responsible for achieving sales target.
- Responsible for cash transaction at the outlet. (sale & deposit in bank should be reconciled)
- Responsible for proper checking of daily expenses at outlet.

**Customer Oriented**
- To ensure settlement of all claims and complaints of his outlet.
- To ensure that all the customers are attended properly with equal importance.

**People Oriented**
- To ensure smooth functioning of outlet and resolve in case of any problem.
- To ensure staff reports on time and to wear company provided uniform.
- Team building

**Internal Business Process**
- To maintain proper stock at the shops and ensure proper rotation of stock.
- Responsible for proper display & Hygienic at store.
- To be responsible for generation of Daily sales report, cash report, monthly closing report etc.
