**Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)**
- Responsibility of the Category In charge is to optimize sales for a particular segment of that product category. Their main responsibility is to ensure delivery of their respective product at right place in right time.**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

- 1. Responsible for minimizing stock out, Lost sale and Misdistribution of Stock.- 2. Regular monitoring of article to find out slow moving.**Customer Oriented**
- 1. Seasonality wise revision on inventory norms.- 4. Improve Product visibility by regular monitoring of visual merchandising.**People Oriented**
- 1. Maintain good relation with copartner and store in charge.**Internal Business Process**
