Job Title: Site Incharge - Sand Blasting and Painting Work

Location: Hazira, Surat

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage all on-site operations related to sand blasting and painting projects.
- Ensure that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor and control project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project.
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, including daily reports and time sheets.
- Ensure that all team members are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties And also should should be highly eligible to arrange menpower When needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a site incharge or similar role in sand blasting and painting.
- Strong knowledge of sand blasting and painting techniques and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Relevant certification or degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
