Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Store Incharge at Orin. The position is on-site and located in Surat. The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and service, and overseeing inventory and retail loss prevention. The role also includes maintaining store displays, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring cleanliness and organization within the store.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Expertise in Store Management
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in retail or similar industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred
