Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Data Entry**: Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and other platforms.
- **Scheduling**: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- **Document Management**: Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they are updated and easily accessible.
- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist visitors, handle inquiries, and provide information as required.
- **Supplies Management**: Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary to ensure stock is maintained.
- **Coordination**: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and employee activities.
- **Mail Handling**: Sort and distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing mail and deliveries.
- **Financial Support**: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reporting.
- **Office Maintenance**: Ensure the office environment is tidy, professional, and functional, including coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- **Other Requirements**:
- Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment as needed.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and assignments.
**Working Conditions**:
- Primarily an office setting with occasional requirements to perform tasks outside the office.
- Standard working hours with occasional overtime or after-hours work as needed.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
