**Job Description**:

- Start date of Sept 26.SAP APO SNP optimizer SME.ROLE SAP APO Solution ArchitectROLE DESCRIPTIONThe APO Solution Architect is a critical role related to implementation of process and technology solutions related to diagnosis, analysis and transformation of the Planning functions in a project. The following are key responsibilitiesArchitecting, designing and helping build successful implementations of SAP APO in customer organizations.Liaising with Sales and Delivery Teams to help grow the Services Business around APO in line with Organizational strategy and goalsMentoring Junior APO Team members within the OrganizationDrive with building Assets and Accelerators within SAP APOAbility to devise and lead Go To Market strategies for APO to assist Sales and Alliance teams in expanding Bristlecones APO footprint globallyBuild Assets and Accelerators to reduce the overall cost to serveQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE12 plus years of Supply Chain Planning experience, at least 10 years in SAP APOAt least 3 end to end APO implementations not including rollouts Experience in SAP IBP and SAP certification would be an added advantagePROCESS KNOWLEDGEDeep Process understanding of end to end Supply Chain planning, familiarity or expertise with SCOR model is preferred, technology agnosticExpertise in atleast 2 industries e.g. CPG, Chemical, Automotive, Life Sciences etcTECHNICAL EXPERTISEGood level of understanding of all modules of SAP APO with expertise in at least 2 modules across DP, SNP, PPDS or GATPDeep knowledge and experience in end to end APO implementation projects in Process and Discrete industries. Ability to lead and conduct Design workshops in front of an audience comprising of both Business and IT teams.Ability to architect an end to end solution while understanding the integration aspects between different modules within APO as well as of APO with ERP systemsAbility to work on complex configuration scenarios along with writing functional specifications for complex customizationsVery good understanding of ECC Master data from planning standpointBasic understanding of SAP PP or SD.SOFT SKILLSExcellent communication skills, verbal as well as writtenPositive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environmentConduct trainings and be a mentor for junior APO team members

Information Security Responsibilities:

- Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System.
- Take part in information security training and act while handling information.
- Report all suspected security and policy breach to Infosec team or appropriate authority(CISO).
- Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role.
