The Procurement Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing raw materials, goods, and services required by the organization. The role ensures cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
- Obtain quotations, compare offers, and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
- Raise purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain supplier database and update records of purchases, pricing, and other details.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse teams to ensure optimum inventory.
- Ensure procurement complies with company policies, quality standards, and legal requirements.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Accounts, Sales, etc.) to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and new suppliers.
- Support in cost control and budget preparation related to procurement.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement/purchase (industry-specific experience preferred).
- Knowledge of vendor management and contract management.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
