**Profile Introduction**:
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts within a designated territory. This role involves meeting sales targets, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions to drive revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- An Account Executive is responsible for acquiring and managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and building strong client relationships.
- They identify new business opportunities, present and promote company products or services, and negotiate contracts.
- They handle client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. The role involves monitoring account performance, conducting market research, and reporting on sales activities.
- The Account Executive collaborates with internal teams to deliver solutions and support, resolves client issues promptly, and stays updated on industry trends and product developments.
- Their goal is to meet or exceed sales targets and maintain long-term client satisfaction.
**Profile Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with prior experience in sales or account management preferred.
- Should have experience in Tally Prime.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining client relationships.
- A deep understanding of market trends and the ability to adapt strategies is crucial.
- Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude are also important.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
