Customer Service Executive

**Job Title**: Customer Service & Cross Sales Executive
**Location**: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries effectively.
- Provide information about products/services and resolve customer issues.
- Cross-sell relevant products/services to customers.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet performance targets in customer service and sales.
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- Education: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Communication Skills: Very good to excellent communication skills are **mandatory**.
- Age Limit: Up to 32 years.
**Work Details**:
- Shift Timing: Between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (any 9 working hours).
- Salary:
- Freshers: ₹14,000/- (In-hand)
- Experienced: Up to ₹22,000/- (In-hand)
- Week Off: 1 Rotational week off.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
**Language**:
- English (required)
