**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategy Development**:
- Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with overall business and marketing goals.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content to engage and expand our online community.
- **Content Creation**:
- Create, curate, and manage engaging and high-quality content (text, images, video) for all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
- **Community Management**:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions across all social media channels.
- Foster and maintain strong community engagement, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
- Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and performance.
- Use data insights to inform content strategy and make recommendations for improvements.
- **Campaign Management**:
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and impact.
- **Trend Analysis**:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Implement innovative strategies to keep the company ahead of industry trends and competitors.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to support broader company initiatives.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on social media best practices and emerging trends.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
- Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce compelling content.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
