**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site Customer Relations - Operations (Foreign Exchange) role. The role involves day-to-day tasks focused on customer retention, satisfaction, communication, support, and service.

**Qualifications**
- Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Effective Communication and Customer Support abilities
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in foreign exchange operations
- Knowledge of foreign exchange market regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
