Otomatiks is a premier robotics academy focused on delivering world-class robotics training to school children since 2011. With its headquarters in Vellore and hubs across Tamil Nadu, we have partnered with over 50 schools and trained more than 100,000 students.

*Job Location:* Anantha Nagar, Electronic City, Bangalore

*Working Hours:*
- Weekdays: 11 am to 7 pm
- Weekend availability required (Weekdays off)

*About the Role:*

We are looking for enthusiastic Robotics Trainers with a STEM background to join our team. If you have a passion for teaching kids, a strong interest in technology and robotics, and enjoy making learning fun, this role is perfect for you. You will lead robotics workshops, teach students how to build and program robots, and foster creativity and problem-solving skills.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Teach robotics to children aged 8+
- Explain robotics and programming concepts using hands-on, interactive activities
- Guide students in building robots using platforms like Arduino
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Organize exhibitions or competitions to showcase student projects
- Maintain teaching materials and kits
- Communicate with parents about student progress
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during activities

*Requirements:*
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (e.g., BCA, BSc in Computer Science, B.Tech, BE, MCA) or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of robotics and programming languages (Scratch, Python, C++, etc.) preferred
- Experience with robotics platforms such as Arduino
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching kids
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Weekend availability
- Passion for inspiring young minds in robotics

*Preferred Skills:*
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience, especially for children
- Familiarity with educational tools/software for robotics
- Experience in organizing STEM activities or events
