Position**:STEM Trainer**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Robotics/STEM Trainer who is a great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team. The STEM Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering various academic programs following the curricula, while also attending to individual and group student needs, and communicating with students (K-12 & university) and professionals.

**Location: Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Indore**

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver classroom/online training as per the curricula for kids, teens & undergrads at

UWR and various institutions associated with UWR in India & abroad whenever necessary.
- Conduct benchmark demo sessions and set the highest standards of teaching in the classroom/online medium.
- To modify or create based on reviews from the training sessions.
- Research & develop high quality, original training content including interactive learning activities, projects, and hands-on material as per the following curricula.
- Attending to student needs.
- Demonstrating an awareness of different student backgrounds and cultures.
- Monitoring student growth to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Using learner data to constantly refine your curriculum.
- Research, learn and upgrade knowledge.
- Coach students for national and international competitions & hackathons.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent knowledge about the core areas in Robotics and STEM.
- Minimum One Year of Experience.
- Practical knowledge in K-12 coding platforms & learning kits like Python, SCRATCH,

MIT APP INVENTOR, Roblox, Arduino, etc.
- Excellent at English (Added advantage: High IELTS/TOEFL scores)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Content development skills (MS PowerPoint/Google Slides)
- Driving Skills (Added advantage)

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
