Position: Part-Time Robotics Trainer at OTOMATIKS, Bangalore

**About OTOMATIKS**:
Otomatiks is a leading robotics academy dedicated to providing world-class robotics training for school children since 2011. Headquartered in Vellore, with hubs across Tamil Nadu, we have partnered with over 50 schools and trained more than 100,000 students.

**Job Location**:
Anantha Nagar, Electronic City, Bangalore

**Working Hours**:
Saturdays and Sundays: Full-day (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

Weekdays: 2.5 hours per day

1 day off during the week

**About the Role**:
We are looking for passionate part-time Robotics Trainers with a STEM background to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy teaching children, have a strong interest in technology and robotics, and are eager to make learning fun and engaging. You will lead robotics workshops, guide students in building and programming robots, and foster creativity and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach robotics to kids aged 8+
- Explain programming and robotics concepts through hands-on, interactive activities
- Guide students in building robots using platforms like Arduino
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods as needed
- Organize exhibitions or competitions to showcase student projects
- Maintain teaching materials and kits
- Communicate with parents about their child’s progress
- Follow all safety protocols during activities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (e.g., BCA, BSc in Computer Science, B.Tech, BE, MCA) or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of robotics, programming (Scratch, Python, C++, etc.), and engineering principles
- Experience with robotics platforms like Arduino
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching children
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Availability to work on weekends (full days) and 2.5 hours on weekdays (with flexible timing)
- Passion for inspiring young minds in robotics

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous teaching or tutoring experience, especially for children
- Familiarity with educational tools/software for teaching robotics
- Experience organizing STEM activities or events
