**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counseling and Guidance**: Provide detailed information about the institute’s programs, admissions process, eligibility criteria, scholarships, and other offerings.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update a database of prospective students, track their status, and ensure timely follow-up.
- **Orientation and Campus Tours**: Conduct campus tours for prospective students and their families. Assist them in understanding the campus environment and facilities.
- **Promotional Activities**: Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and events to promote the institute and engage with potential students.
- **Customer Service**: Address concerns, answer queries, and provide information in a timely and professional manner to both prospective students and their families.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in education, marketing, or a related field).
- Previous experience in an educational institution or counseling role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for student welfare.
