**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.
- Schedule and prioritize maintenance and repair work to meet operational needs and deadlines.
- Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties and facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and ensure proper usage and storage.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment and facilities.
- Monitor and control maintenance expenses within the allocated budget.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and enforce safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as property management and administration, to address maintenance-related issues.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining maintenance records and reports.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
