- **Responsiblities**:_
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen, including assigning task to other cooks and ensuring that dishes are prepared and cooked to the highest standards
- Monitor inventory levels and manage food waste to ensure that costs are kept under control
- Ensure that all dishes are plated and presented in an attractive and appetizing manner
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist the head chef in menu planning, budgeting, and ordering of supplies
- Continously work o improve culinary skills and techniques
- **Requirements**:_
- High school diploma or quivalent
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
- Strong Leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ablility to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
