**Job Title**: Performance Marketing Executive

**Location**: Worli, Mumbai

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to meet our business goals. Your primary focus will be on performance marketing channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media advertising.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize campaign results.
- Track and analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights.
- Generate regular reports to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to align marketing efforts and drive cohesive campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in managing performance marketing channels, such as SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Familiarity with performance marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
