**Qualification**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Vocational training or certification in welding preferred.
- Additional certifications or coursework in teaching or instructional design a plus.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop comprehensive training programs for TIG and MIG welding techniques, including both theoretical instruction and hands-on practical exercises.

2. Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to individuals or groups, ensuring that all trainees receive the necessary guidance and support to develop their welding skills.

3. Assess trainee performance and progress through various evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback and additional instruction where needed.

4. Maintain training equipment and materials in good condition, ensuring that all tools and resources are readily available and safe to use.

5. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and best practices during training sessions, emphasizing the importance of proper safety procedures to all trainees.

6. Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees, assisting them in developing their welding skills and advancing their careers in the field.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a TIG & MIG welder, with demonstrated expertise in both techniques.

2. Previous experience in a training or instructional role, preferably in a vocational or technical education setting.

3. Relevant certifications or qualifications in welding, training, or education are highly desirable.

4. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others learn and succeed in their welding careers.

5. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

6. Willingness to undergo additional training or professional development as needed to stay current in the field of welding education.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
