Job Title: Skilled Fabrication Specialists

We are seeking experienced fabrication specialists to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a range of welding techniques including SMAW, MIG, TIG, FCAW and SAW as required by the project.
  • Weld structural steel components such as beams, columns, base plates and stiffeners according to approved procedures.
  • Read and interpret welding symbols, fabrication drawings and WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications) accurately.
  • Maintain high standards of weld quality in accordance with ASME/AWS/IS/EN codes.
  • Work collaboratively with QA/QC teams for weld inspection, NDT clearance and rework if necessary.
  • Ensure tools, welding machines and work areas are well-maintained and organized.
  • Comply with safety protocols including the use of PPE, fire watch and hot work permits.

Requirements:

  • ITI qualification or equivalent.
  • 2-7 years' experience in industrial fabrication or construction.
  • Valid welding certifications (ASME/AWS/IS preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
  • Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces or at height.
  • Knowledge of various materials including carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel.
