Job Title: Marketing Executive

**Roles**:
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand image and ensuring the successful marketing of real estate developments. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing a marketing team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our marketing goals.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Plan and put into action marketing plans for real estate projects.

2. Guide and help a creative marketing team.

3. Run promotions using digital, traditional, and social media.

4. Learn about the market and check what competitors are doing.

5. Make sure our brand is recognized and our message is clear.

6. Create interesting content and handle online efforts.

**Requirement**:
1. Knows a lot about how to market real estate well.

2. Good at leading and managing teams.

3. Is good at using digital marketing tools and websites.

4. Writes and talks well.

5. Can manage money and budgets and is good with numbers.

6. Thinks creatively and likes to get good results.

7. Can work well in a busy and changing place.

**Salary**:30-50k

**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

**Experience**: Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in the Marketing Field.

**Location**: Pune
