Job Description
- Sales Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and engage potential clients within the IT sector to expand our customer base.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and maximize upselling opportunities.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team and senior management to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to inform sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, generate sales reports, and provide regular updates to the management team.

Marketing Responsibilities:

- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our IT solutions, leveraging various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and events.
- Content Creation: Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content, to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Lead Generation: Generate and nurture leads through various marketing channels, with a focus on creating a robust sales pipeline.
- Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for new products or service offerings.

Qualifications:

- Approximately 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of IT products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
