**Job Title**: Visual Merchandiser - Jewellery Industry

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement innovative visual displays for jewellery showrooms (windows, counters, in-store)
- Plan seasonal, festive, and promotional themes aligned with marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with store managers, designers, and marketing teams for new product launches
- Maintain visual merchandising standards across all stores as per brand guidelines
- Regularly update display layouts based on inventory, trends, and customer flow
- Monitor and ensure proper lighting, cleanliness, and aesthetics of displays
- Train showroom staff on basic display maintenance and visual standards
- Conduct regular audits and provide visual feedback and improvement plans

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in retail visual merchandising; jewellery or luxury retail preferred
- Strong sense of aesthetics, color, composition, and trends
- Proficiency in visual design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel to multiple showroom locations as needed

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Passion for jewellery and luxury fashion
- Understanding of customer psychology and buyer behavior in retail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
