**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1 to 3 years in merchandising, retail sales, or related fields.
- **Skills**: Excellent visual merchandising skills, good understanding of retail operations, and strong attention to detail.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively within a team and with other departments to meet sales and stock goals.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market trends.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (additional retail or merchandising certifications are a plus).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹39,636.93 per month
