Design, define and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy to promote Company brand and products in-store.
- Design, develop and supervise planogram and Merchandising guidelines to ensure a strong product display across all stores.
- Create guidelines for “the Seasonal Launches and create look.
- Ensure to have standardization of visual presentation of Merchandise Placement of fixtures as per the planogram Planning a display calendar for the store Management of Signage for in store & also for brands.
- Develop props on seasonal basis to add freshness to the stores.
- Responsible for implementation of new season window launches and in-store merchandise display setup across 8-9 stores by frequent visit at stores.
- Co-ordinate with Store Manager of all the stores to ensure merchandise display is maintained to the highest standards.
- Ensures Displays are regularly updated, and themes can be dictated by a number of factors, including the seasons of the year, annual events such as Diwali, Valentine's Day, Christmas, current fashions and trends, and sales and promotions.
- Take care Lighting fixtures, store displays, and signs.
- Adhere to Merchandising methods, plans, and theories.
- Research current and applicable fashion trends.
- Timely execution and launch of collection.
- Improve Store team by training on periodic basis to emphasis visual impact and consistency in exceptional standards throughout the business.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
