**What you will be doing? (Your key responsibilities)**:

- Developing and execute an innovative visual merchandising strategy through definition, design, and implementation.
- Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays that guide the customer seamlessly through the entire store.
- Producing compelling window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotions displays.
- Identifying key messages to establish a clear and cohesive brand image.
- Collaborating with assistant merchandisers to generate, refine, and present design ideas.
- Acting in alignment with the organization’s culture, products, image, and target market.
- Monitoring costs and ensuring activities are within the allocated budget.
- Overseeing production processes and providing guidance to staff for effective display arrangements.
- Adapting displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
- Establishing effective communication with suppliers and sourcing necessary elements for visual merchandising.
- Conducting research on lifestyle, demographics, and design trends to stay abreast of industry developments.
