**Job Description:

- **
- Develop key merchandising principles (KMP)
- Prepare VM deck and implement the same.
- Ensure maintenance of floor standards as per KMP (key merchandising principles)
- Managing display of new arrival and replenishment.
- Set up the floor for all new stores as per the KMPs
- Source and develop display material (fixtures, promotion collaterals and display stands) for VM

- **Experience** - 3-5 years in experience in Visual Merchandiser in Men’s Wear Store
- **Education** - Any Graduate
- **Job Timing - **10am to 6.45pm (2nd & 4th Sat half day) - Sunday week off

**Requirements:

- **
- Develop collaterals to support in-house promotions
- Conduct store audits to ensure compliance to the VM standards in the stores under him/her.
- To increase sales and buyer attention, capitalizing on the human tendency to 'window-shop.
- Responsible for Planning & implementation of VM guidelines

**Qualifications**:

- 1. Graduate, MBA/Degree from NIFT/NID.
- 2. Must have 3-5 Years of experience in similar profile with a reputed Menswear garment brand.
- 3. Willing to travel for extended period
- 4. Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint presentation
- 5. Proficient in Illustrator, Corel draw

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
