**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive (BTL & Direct Sales)
**Department**: Sales & Business Development
**Reports To**: Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Field Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through **field visits, cold calling, and networking**.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers based on their needs.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve assigned targets.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support.

**BTL Marketing & On-Ground Promotions**:

- Plan and execute **BTL activities**, such as roadshows, kiosks, product demonstrations, corporate camps, and door-to-door marketing.
- Organize and manage local events, mall activations, and promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Partner with **residential societies, corporate offices, retailers, and community hubs** for on-ground engagement and product promotions.
- Distribute marketing collaterals, conduct surveys, and collect customer data for follow-ups.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of BTL campaigns and report performance insights.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven **experience in field sales and BTL marketing activities**.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- **A valid driver's license**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
