We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Operations Executive to oversee and enhance the operational efficiency of our retail spice business. The role involves managing daily operations, monitoring sales, and ensuring seamless inventory and customer service processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Retail Operations Management**:
1) Handle day-to-day retail activities, including order processing, inventory management, and sales tracking.

2) Ensure smooth coordination between supply chain, logistics, and retail outlets.

3) Generate and present periodic sales and operational performance reports to management.

**Sales Support**:
1) Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

2) Assist in implementing marketing and promotional strategies to boost product visibility and sales.
- **Inventory & Supply Chain**:
1) Maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment.

2) Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of products.
- **Customer Relations**:
1) Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

2) Assist in developing initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

**Team Coordination**:
1) Support and coordinate with store staff to maintain operational efficiency.

2) Ensure adherence to company policies and standards across retail operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the food or spice industry.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using inventory and sales management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
