We are looking for a smart and experienced **Retail Head** to lead our retail operations and sales strategy for industrial products across Gujarat and Western India.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in BBA/B.Com/Marketing (MBA preferred)
- 8-15 years of experience in retail or sales
- Must have worked in industrial or B2B products
- Good at managing teams, dealers, and distributors
- Strong sales, planning, and communication skills
- Experience with CRM or ERP tools is a plus

**Key Skills Required**
- **Retail Sales Leadership** - Ability to lead retail sales teams and set targets
- **Industrial Product Knowledge** - Experience in industrial or B2B products (weighing scales, industrial machinery, automation products, etc.)
- **Dealer & Distributor Management** - Handle channel partners, build relationships, and grow the network
- **Sales Planning & Strategy** - Plan territory sales, monitor targets, and drive performance
- **CRM & ERP Tools** - Manage sales pipelines, follow-ups, and reports via CRM or ERP
- **Communication Skills** - Excellent verbal and written communication to handle clients and teams
- **Team Management** - Motivate and guide the sales and service teams for better results
- **Problem Solving** - Ability to resolve market issues and ensure customer satisfaction
