1. **Stock Maintenance**:

- Ensuring the proper care, maintenance, and management of all stocks and equipment used in the construction project.
- Overseeing the receipt, review, and storage of supplies disbursed based on job orders and material transfers.

2. **Inventory Management**:

- Maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Preparing material orders.
- Efficiently managing the construction site store’s inventory.
- Monitoring inventory counts and ensuring adequate stock levels.

3. **Material Handling**:

- Receiving, unloading, and shelving supplies.
- Issuing materials as per work indent requirements.
- Supervising the site to prevent wastage or improper use of materials.

4. **Financial Oversight**:

- Assisting in meeting financial objectives by analyzing expenditures, evaluating merchandise delivery versus usage, and drawing up budgets.

5. **Coordination and Communication**:

- Coordinating with workers, laborers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors related to the construction site.
- Improving regular performance reviews by overseeing work activities.

Shift and Timings

Night shift

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
