Able to read GFC drawings, Implement the project quality plan.
- Handle pre
- and post-construction activities.
- Initiate, prepare, review, track and submit RFIs and submittals.
- Good experience of Interior fitout projects
- Track and inspect materials as per specification and handle deliveries in coordination with client’s storekeeper
- Familiar with IS codes and National building code
- Assist in project close outs.
- Assist with estimating/ quantity take offs as per specs and project manuals
- Can work long hours and under pressure
- Must be proactive, highly analytical and attentive to details.
- Ability to read and analyze construction documents for private and commercial projects.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with clients, vendors, managers, and team members effectively and efficiently.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
