1. Shall be responsible for data mining of customer details of the industry from company database, google and other search engines using internet, etc.
2. Data entry & master data base maintenance of old & new customers/prospects/leads in company crm /excel as required.
3. Tele calling to old and new industries /customers for lead/prospect generation / receiving and answering enquiry calls

4. Answer all incoming calls for repeat orders, call existing and new customers on daily basis for increasing sales funnel as per company growth targets of year/quarter/month. Add new customers as per monthly targets.
5. Promote company products to potential customers, coordinate for quotation, PI, and drive sales growth as per the company objectives for the year/quarter/month.
6. Shall be responsible for order coordination & confirmation with company team.
7. Shall be responsible for sending final invoice & dispatch details to customers.
8. Shall be responsible for maintaining daily MIS
9. Responsible for Timely payment collection for customer payments

10. undertake any other tasks as assigned by management.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
