**Content & Engagement Strategist**

**Location**: Andheri, Mumbai | Full-Time | Experience: 2-4 Years

**What You’ll Do**

As our **Content & Engagement Strategist**, you’ll be the voice and energy of Yantra’s digital presence. This role blends creative thinking with data-backed insights to build meaningful content, connect with the right audience, and evolve our brand narrative based on what really resonates.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Plan & Strategize**
- Build monthly content calendars aligned with core brand themes.
- Develop content buckets based on audience types: HNIs, Corporates, Architects, Hospitality, etc.

**Create & Post**
- Write compelling captions and collaborate on content creation (reels, carousels, stories, static posts).
- Schedule and post content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

**Promote & Engage**
- Boost posts, manage ad spends, and promote strategically to drive visibility.
- Monitor comments, DMs, saves, and shares for real-time engagement.

**Track & Analyse**
- Study performance metrics weekly: reach, engagement, saves, and conversions.
- Collect feedback from the sales/client team to understand lead behavior.
- Use insights to suggest content format changes, new topics, or audience-specific campaigns.

**Who You Are**
- 2-4 years of experience in digital content, social media marketing, or brand storytelling
- Excellent writing & content planning skills
- Familiar with Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta tools, and basic analytics
- Strategic mindset with a creative eye
- Bonus: Canva/Adobe Express/design tool proficiency

**Compensation**

**CTC Range**: ₹4.5 - ₹6.5 LPA
(Performance-based incentives available quarterly)
