Overall Problem solving for patients and coordination as necessary.To attend calls within 2 hrs and provide first contact resolution for the queryVC to be done for the caseExplaining the pt to use app for monitoring the caseCo
- ordinating with other teams for closing the ticket, for example, once the case is resolved raise an internal ticket for different team to close the caseHandling escalation callsTabulate and record responses from all customers on excels. Generate relevant reports from the same requirement
**Requirement**:0-3 years of experience in Dentistry.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong problem solving and analytical skillsSelf-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous EnvironmentThe capacity to grasp quickly and self-learn
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
