**KEY DELIVERABLES**:
**Strategic Support**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of business marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and cater to the specific needs of B2B clients, recognizing longer sales cycles and complex decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing strategist to conceptualize and plan marketing campaigns that effectively target new and existing audiences.
- Help in defining the target market segments, audience personas, and messaging to maximize campaign impact.

**Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to provide insights for strategic marketing decisions.
- Conduct research and analysis of the industry landscape, including market dynamics and competitive activity, to provide insights for strategy development.
- Help identify new growth opportunities in geographical markets and assist in forming partnerships to expand the company’s presence.
- Track competitors' activities and analyze their strategies to recommend adjustments to the business development plan.

**Analytical Skills & Data-Driven Support**:

- Assist in interpreting complex data sets to analyzecustomer behavior and market trends, providingactionable insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Conduct market research to gather and interpret data onindustry trends, competitors, and business needs,delivering findings to the marketing strategist.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketingcampaigns, assess effectiveness, and recommendstrategic adjustments for continuous improvement.

**Organizational & Project Management Support**:

- Coordinate multiple marketing tasks and projects,ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables areexecuted in line with strategic objectives.
- Assist in tracking and managing marketing budgets,ensuring resources are allocated effectively acrossvarious campaigns and initiatives

**CANDIDATE PROFILE & SKILL SET**:

- Master’s in Business Development/Marketing/Communication with 7-10 years of experience in Branding, Marketing or business development, preferably in the art /Home Décor industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Experience in event marketing and exhibition representation is highly desirable.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
