Marketing Strategist

**ROLE OUTLINE**: Responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies and plans for various channels such as social media, digital marketing, public relations, branding activities, and event marketing. Managing marketing collaterals, maintaining a content calendar and optimizing the website for search engines to establish Sanchit Art as a prominent brand in its industry.

**KEY DELIVERABLES**:
**New Geographical Research and Outreach**
- Carry out market research to remain well-informed about industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth. Deliver insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
- To identify and do the partnerships in new geographical areas expanding the Sanchit Arts presence.
- Tracking competitors activity on similar product range, and market share to analyze business development strategy.

**Communication Strategies and Plans**
- Develop and implement innovative communication strategies with proper identification of marketing tools, materials and content to promote the gallery's brand and events.
- Conceptualizing the marketing campaigns, creating, and posting the content on appropriate platforms or channels.
- Define target audiences and tailor messaging accordingly to maximize reach and impact.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for effective communication.

**Channel Management**
- Manage social media platforms, including Community development, Content Strategy and creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, both paid and organic, to drive traffic and engagement.
- Coordinate public relations activities, including press releases, media relations, and media partnerships.
- Plan and execute branding activities across online and offline platforms to enhance brand recognition.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging.

**Marketing & Branding**
- Collaborate with the cross teams to develop custom proposals, presentations, content writing, Research and marketing materials to support new business development efforts.
- Create or coordinate the development of marketing collaterals (brochures, catalogues, hoardings, and invitation cards) with the consultant, designer, content writer and printers to produce high-quality material.
- Ensure the collaterals effectively communicate the gallery's offerings, exhibitions, and events.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent flow of engaging content.
- Oversee website updates, ensuring the accuracy of information, optimizing user experience, and implementing SEO best practices.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote gallery events, exhibitions, and art fairs.
- Coordinate with event organizers, partners, and vendors to maximize event exposure.
- Engage with potential clients, collectors, and art enthusiasts to build relationships and promote the gallery's artists and artworks.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE & SKILL SET**:

- Master’s in Business Development/Marketing/Communication with 7-10 years of experience in Branding, Marketing or business development, preferably in the art /Home Décor industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Experience in event marketing and exhibition representation is highly desirable.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
