ACCSUS is a dynamic and innovative sales and marketing company dedicated to bring quality customer for our clients and develop young leaders. We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Field Sales Trainee.

As a Field Sales Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in field sales. This hands-on training program will expose you to various aspects of field sales, including prospecting, client relationship building, and closing deals. You will work closely with our experienced sales team to learn the ropes and contribute to the growth of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn and implement effective sales techniques under the guidance of senior sales professionals
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities
- Assist in creating and delivering compelling sales presentations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospects
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and a passion for sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
