**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, maintaining, and upgrading Exchange Server and Windows Server environments.
- Experience with migration and upgrading of Exchange and Windows Server environments.
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex issues related to Exchange and Windows Server environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other IT teams.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects and initiatives.
- Microsoft certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, and/or MCTS are preferred.
- VMware Knowledge will be an added advantage.

**Responsibilities**:
Design, implement, and maintain Exchange Server and Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, and related technologies.

Develop and implement migration plans to upgrade existing Exchange and Windows Server environments to the latest versions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Exchange and Windows Server environments, including performance, security, and reliability issues.

Monitor server performance and proactively identify potential issues and areas for improvement.

Create and maintain technical documentation for Exchange and Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting guides.

Provide after-hours support for critical issues (in case required)

Stay up-to-date with the latest Exchange and Windows Server technologies and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
